Below you will find the answers to various questions that a group of 8 of us went down to Louisville to seek. We had the pleasure of meeting with John Henderson the President of Light Year Alliance. He has been in the communication business a very long time and has run other MLM type communication businesses for the past 10 years.
1. Why should customers switch to My Wireless?
There are several incentives although your main customers are your family and friends. My wireless is using the largest wireless network in the country( It starts with a V). There is also the free wireless minutes cards that you get that you can hand out to your customers. Phones at wholesale prices. The various plans will be the same as the carriers have. You the rep will make a residual income on their bills. The residual income on peoples cell bills is the main purpose to do this business. This has never been done before in the Wireless industry.
2. What are the key selling points?
There are 250 million wireless users in the U.S. billed 11 billion $ per month and this is the first opportunity for you to earn residual income from the phone bills they pay every month already. All you have to do is talk to people an stake your claim on that 11 billion. Timing is perfect right now as well to be the first in your area to stake your claim in your community.
Business cell plans will also come out before the Holidays so we can offer solutions to small and mid size business as well.
A second carrier will be introduced as well to offer an alternative solution to the first. That carrier is Sprint.
3. What are the cost to get started?
$399 gets you started as well as the pays for the first month of your wireless store. Your wireless store is $50 per month after that.
4. How long is a distributors contract? What guarantees do the distributors have?
The distributors contract is forever with a $50 renewal fee every year to maintain active status.
As distributors we are the business, if our commission is taken away their business goes away as well.

Payment pans will be similar and competitive to Verizon and Sprint. New phone will need to be purchased for new plan just like every other company and the phones will be at wholesale prices with 2 year contract.
6. Monthly residual?

7. What tools do reps have to tract revenue?
Your $50 per month online store is fully functional and will have all of your customer info. You will be able to run your entire business from the store website. The Store will have the feel of that of Apples website.
8. What kind of customer service will the reps have? How can Reps handle technical service problems?
All service problems will be handled by the home office or light year network solutions. When you dial 411 for information you will get Verizon customer service.
9. When will this actually be ready for market?
July 22 is when you can register as a rep and get individual phone plans. Family plans and unlimited text will come 30 to 90 days later. Business plans will come before DEC 25th.

a. Family Share Plan: Will be available in 30-60 days
b. Unlimited Text: Coming, currently they will offer 1,000 text/month for $10
c. Blackberry Data: $39/mo almost unlimited
d. Roaming: No charge for roaming but you will use plan minutes
f. No charge long distance: Yes, all minutes are nationwide minutes 13. Will calls from My Wireless network customers to Verizon customers be part of the 'free' 'In Plan' minutes? No, there will be free in plan minutes for my wireless to My Wireless customers 14. How many phones are available? 5, They range from free phones to discounted phones with a 2 yr contract just like all of the cell phone companies do? My Wireless will continue to make additional phones available. They will trail the other cell phone companies by about 3- 6 mos because of the number of phones the other cell phone companies commit to buy.
15. How do you resolve cell phone problems? Contact customer service. There will be a insurance program coming 16. How do the 100 minute $10 cards work? You can use them yourself or give them to others. They are a onetime use only card 17. How do we receive compensation? Weekly you will receive checks for signing someone up. Monthly you will receive checks for the residue income
