Here is some Q&A questions that may clarify some of your questions. This came from a team member who visited the Home office in Louisville KY and got a tour of the facility. They also met with the corp. staff and owners. Hope this helps

 

Hello All,

 

Below you will find the answers to various questions that a group of 8 of us went down to Louisville to seek. We had the pleasure of meeting with John Henderson the President of Light Year Alliance. He has been in the communication business a very long time and has run other MLM type communication businesses for the past 10 years.

 

1. Why should customers switch to My Wireless?

 

There are several incentives although your main customers are your family and friends.  My wireless is using the largest wireless network in the country( It starts with a V).  There is also the free wireless minutes cards that you get that you can hand out to your customers.  Phones at wholesale prices. The various plans will be the same as the carriers have. You the rep will make a residual income on their bills. The residual income on peoples cell bills is the main purpose to do this business. This has never been done before in the Wireless industry.

 

2. What are the key selling points?

 

There are 250 million wireless users in the U.S. billed 11 billion $ per month and this is the first opportunity for you to earn residual income from the phone bills they pay every month already.  All you have to do is talk to people an stake your claim on that 11 billion.  Timing is perfect right now as well to be the first in your area to stake your claim in your community.

 

Business cell plans will also come out before the Holidays so we can offer solutions to small and mid size business as well.

 

A second carrier will be introduced as well to offer an alternative solution to the first. That carrier is Sprint.

 

3. What are the cost to get started?

 

$399 gets you started as well as the pays for the first month of your wireless store.  Your wireless store is $50 per month after that.

 

4. How long is a distributors contract?  What guarantees do the distributors have?

 

The distributors contract is forever with a $50 renewal fee every year to maintain active status.

As distributors we are the business, if our commission is taken away their business goes away as well.

 

5. Clarify payment plans:  New customers from other carriers, existing Verizon customers, hand set and accessories sales?

 

Payment pans will be similar and competitive to Verizon and Sprint.  New phone will need to be purchased for new plan just like every other company and the phones will be at wholesale prices with 2 year contract.

 

6.  Monthly residual?

 

There are several ways to get paid along with monthly residual.  Please refer to the web site for general over view and a detailed plan should be coming soon to the web site.

 

7. What tools do reps have to tract revenue?

 

Your $50 per month online store is fully functional and will have all of your customer info. You will be able to run your entire business from the store website. The Store will have the feel of that of Apples website.

 

8.  What kind of customer service will the reps have?  How can Reps handle technical service problems?

 

All service problems will be handled by the home office or light year network solutions.  When you dial 411 for information you will get Verizon customer service.

 

9. When will this actually be ready for market?

 

July 22 is when you can register as a rep and get individual phone plans.  Family plans and unlimited text will come 30 to 90 days later.  Business plans will come before DEC 25th.

 

 

The following are the additional questions that we came up with:

 

10.    Can you us your existing Verizon phones?  No, you must buy new phones 11.    Are there discounted business plans?  Yes, they will be available prior to Christmas 2008 12.    Calling Plans:

        a.    Family Share Plan:  Will be available in 30-60 days

        b.    Unlimited Text:  Coming, currently they will offer 1,000 text/month for $10

        c.    Blackberry Data: $39/mo almost unlimited

        d.    Roaming: No charge for roaming but you will use plan minutes

        f.     No charge long distance: Yes, all minutes are nationwide minutes 13.    Will calls from My Wireless network customers to Verizon customers be part of the 'free' 'In Plan' minutes?  No, there will be free in plan minutes for my wireless to My Wireless customers 14.    How many phones are available?  5, They range from free phones to discounted phones with a 2 yr contract just like all of the cell phone  companies do?  My Wireless will continue to make additional phones available.  They will trail the other cell phone companies by about 3- 6  mos because of the number of phones the other cell phone companies commit to buy.

15.    How do you resolve cell phone problems?  Contact customer service.  There will be a insurance program coming 16.    How do the 100 minute $10 cards work?  You can use them yourself or give them to others.  They are a onetime use only card 17.    How do we receive compensation?  Weekly you will receive checks for signing someone up.  Monthly you will receive checks for the residue income

What a great call we had tonight. I hope you did not miss it. It was full of great information. The mywirelessnews.com is picking up enormous amount of speed. The amount of traffic that we are receiving has never been seen before in the direct sales industry. Since June 8th there have been over 187,000 visitors to the site. We are destined to be an icon of a company. The great thing is you are at the forefront of it. All you need to do is take advantage of it. Two simple things we want to be teaching people when talking or trying to recruit a person. One is to ask your new person how many people they know that own a cell phone. Then ask do you think that they would be interested in earning a residual income from everyone’s wireless bill.  A few other things we want to be teaching and passing along is some tools that are available for them on the website. Remember this is a duplicatable business and people will tend to recruit others and teach others on how they were taught. We all want to be speaking the same words and showing the same things. That is why it is important to use your website. The first thing we want to do is teach people to send their prospect to their personal site to watch the commercial. There is not a better way to tell the story more clearly than the commercial does. The next step is to direct your new prospect to watch the slide show. This will give them a little more detail. The last thing is direct them to the recorded calls. Remember people need layers of conviction and these three things will do it for them. You will then want to get them on the phone with your team leaders as a three way call. Once a person is in we want to teach them to use the tell a friend tool in their back office. This is a great way for them to touch their warm market and to translate the message in the best possible way to generate interest in their new business venture. This particular feature is having an awesome closing rate of over 10% on new people. When you can master these things and duplicate them throughout your organization. Your business will begin to grow like wildfire. The last thing that was discussed on the call tonight was a special promotion. They announced that between the time you got started and July 22nd during the prelaunch. If you recruit 20 and have 200 total reps in your organization and at least 3 of those 20 personal recruits have 50 or more in their group. The company on launch day will code you in at the senior manager’s position. What they means for you is a lot more money in your pocket coming out of the gates. Don’t be a person that was in on the beginning of this and sit back and do nothing. Then a few months or years later say to yourself. Those of you who are new. We are starting to grow very rapidly now. Communication is key. Please make sure you are passing valuable information on to your team members. We want to make sure everyone is on the same page and know how to direct people. Here are important tips when it relates to sharing the biggest launch in direct sales history with everyone you come in contact with.

 

1. Make sure you are training your entire wireless representative base to use the introduction email inside TELL A FRIEND. We also encourage you to enter your own name and email yourself this introduction letter. Once this is in your inbox, simply click forward and delete your name from the letter and blind carbon copy to more than 5 personal contacts per day.

 

2. Make sure you guide each contact to watch the wireless commercial on the landing page of your replicated mywirelessnews.com site.

 

3. Make sure you tell all contacts to review the slideshow link on the front of your mywirelessnews.com site.

 

4.Make sure every contact listens to the recorded calls link.

 

5. Your contacts enrolling should create their site name as a city or county where they know many people. (DO NOT make a site name a personal name not professional. When passing out the PDF flyers, upcoming wireless rep magazines, etc..the contact information will be more professional and taken seriously with a city or county as the replicated name.)

 

Most importantly, make sure you are holding conference calls for your national wireless representative sales force twice weekly.

Pull your wireless representatives together! Everyone wins in the end! In addition I would recommend hosting webinars and presenting the new slide show. This will give your new people a visual. More importantly make sure you are promoting the Tuesday night call. Communication is key. Please make sure you are passing valuable information on to your team members.

Dear Team Champions

First I want to say congrats. Many of you have taken advantage of this past week and will have a very good payday coming. I want to encourage the rest of you that have not taken the steps to upgrade your position to an active paid position, to do so.  Many of you have people that you have brought on have already upgraded to the active position. If you do not upgrade yourself by Monday August 4th at 11:59pm you will lose any person or persons that you have on your team and any money that has accumulated over the last week. More importantly you will lose any ground that you have, to take advantage of this once in a lifetime opportunity. As many of you know right now the company is making it very easy for you to promote through the ranks of leadership. The company is running a promotion to advance you from manager to senior manager. All you have to do is upgrade to the $399. Activate 2 points which is automatically done when you upgrade and sign up one person at the $399 and you will promote to senior manager. What does that mean for you? It means $100 per person you sign up instead of $50. Plus $50 on every person they sign up and so on through infinity. With that right there many of you already have several hundreds of dollars in earnings waiting on you. The other promotion they are running is advancing from senior manager to regional manager. What does that mean for you? It means $200 per person you sign up instead of $100 and $150 on every person they sign up and so on through infinity. I wanted share with the forum that I have been approached by another company that also has begun offering a wireless residual income program and there basic plan is that you get a FREE PDA when you register in there program, as well as residual income from all that come in after you.  

I think that many companies are upping the anty...and I expect that in the next few months there will be many other companies companies coming on board.

Wireless Residual Income Program upgrade review:


I just wanted to take the time to openly and honestly share my own personal review of the upgrade process for the new Wireless Residual Income Cell Phone program.

I was very anxious at the on-start of the pre-launch to sign up.  I went to my website, and clicked on the upgrade.  Went though the various steps to become upgraded, including the $49.00 payment for you monthly website.  When I got to the section and tried to keep my own website name, I was unable to do so.  I continued to get a error message saying this website address is already taken.  

This was a major concern for me, as I had spent alot of time and effort marketing my wireless residual income website.  I contact the main office and was told that once I signed up, that I would be able to get them to transfer the new name I chose to my old name.  

I did not find this acceptable, however I decided to try it.  Anyway, now I am waiting for the transfer, as well as getting my new phone activated.

Now, about the cell phone....I decided to go with the regular motorola the package for $34.99 per month.  The receipt time was less then three days, and this was very exciting.  Now, I am in the process of trying to get my phone activating using a pre-existing number.  I will keep you informed of the process.

Also, I wanted to say that I chose the $89.00 phone, because there was a $50.00 rebate.  However, the rebate was not enclosed in my shipment and I called the main office.  They said they would send it to me, and I will let you know how that works out.
