Free net design?

Thrilled to have joined this forum. I was wondering if any of you knows about foolioo.com? I see they make free webdesign
on any sort of websites. I heard a lot about them but upright wanted to get some feedbacks from random people

Of course, free website design is pretty in demand right now but I thirst for to make sure I do business with the good people
before making plans for the future.
