hese days we are now spending 10 hours sitting
in front of computer and doing my work. But is a
comfortable office chair really necessary?

Well I don't know about you but to me choosing
a right office chair is necessary to protect my
spine and backbone. Recently, I read an article
on how to choose a comfortable ergonomical chair
in the net and want to share with you some important
points in choosing a right comfortable office chair.

1.) The Height of the Seat
shoule be adjustable and around 16 - 21
inches off the floor.

2.)  suitable width and depth

The seat should be wide enough. Typically the standard width
is 17-20 inches and the depth (measured from the front of the chair
to back of the seat) should enough that the user's back against the
backrest

3.) Lumbar support for the lower back

4.) backrest width should be 12-19 inches wide

5.) armrest. easy to be adjusted

There are many points but the above are the main ones.
