Well we have been remodeling our home, I also go to school online (to be a teacher, then transfer to a University)...not to mention I cross stitch and crochet...BUT I would really like to get my rug to work on, because latching is a great way to relax

While I'm waiting for my next project, I always have house cleaning of some sort to do. I've been trying to do some spring cleaning.  I also work part time cleaning banks 3 nights a week.  I usually read a book during tv commercials when i don't have latch hooking to do.  I'm anxious to get my next project which should be the rug.  Happy Spring!

I'm a full time stay-at-home mom.  I take care of my son and cross-stitch bibs for the business my mom and I are starting.  I also clean house when I can.  ;)

Everyone is busy.

Sandijv - good luck with studies. I could not think of studying anything now. I wanted to at one stage but it is very expensive.

Missy - do you work through a company cleaning banks or is it your own business. That must be interesting. At one stage I thought about cleaning houses but insurance and getting bonded would be expensive so decided not to get into that.

Kristi how old is your son? You must email a picture or try and post one on the forum if you can to show us what the bibs looks like. Keep us updated to how business is.

Well as for me I am kept busy to. I have two kids in school and a toddler at home. He keeps me very busy. At the moment I have been busy with my Easter letters. I also try and make crafts when I can. Trying very hard to get done with over on  a years worth of photos. Need to start printing them. But what I am doing and it is very time consuming is adding some dates to some of the photos and at times trying to resize them. Then get them printed. I use target to print my photos. It is taking me a long time. Just finished printed some pictures from 2005. Now you see what a long way I have to go until I reach 2007. I then scrapbook the photos when I can but now I am thinking about only scrapbooking a few and the rest just put into an album. It takes so much of my time. I also work on my website when I can.

Then to relax I like the latch hooking while watching tv - just wish I had my rug.

Inel,

I work through a company cleaning banks.  I clean & order the supplies through them.  Interesting?  Sometimes.  I also babysit for my niece about 40 hours a week during the day while my sister works.  My niece is 2, so right now she's really fun!  We have a blast!  I know all about the Toddler Stage. :D

I am still waiting also like you gals. lol....

I do have a home based candle business that I work full time during the day. I make all kinds of crafts with my candles so that keeps me busy. I have a huge show I am doing this sunday so I am getting ready for that. Tonight I am making more of my roses out of my votive candles. Mothers day is coming up and I know I will need a ton of those done for that. Last year I couldn't keep enough of them made. I also got some votive holders painted tonight which I have been trying to get done all week. I want to get more things added to my website if I can ever get caught up. lol......

I really do miss having the latch hook to help me finally relax at night!

Good luck to all of you, and I hope you all get your rugs real soon!

My son is almost 8 months old.  He is growing so fast!  I would love to post a pic, but I don't have one online that I can post.  I tried to post one as my avatar, but my pics are all too big.

As far as the bibs, once we get a pretty good inventory, we'll set up a website and I'll post it so you can look at them.  We are really excited about this!

Sounds like everyone keeps busy!  I do all kinds of crafts.  I have 2 stores I consign at so that keeps me busy, especially for holidays. I have been busy with Easter right now and will go right into 4th of July next.
My favorite is snowmen! I make them all year round. Anything to do with crafting I'm there!! I also am working on 3 projects with nec.
So many talented people here!  Good luck with your rug projects.

My boys definitely keep me busy and I also concentrate heavily on my home business.  I teach people how to cleanse and improve their health.  I'm usually on the phone quite a bit while the kids are in school.  It's nice to have hubby home with us now, he helps a ton with the kids and with the business.  I love to latch hook at night to unwind, will miss that for a while!

Cindy - I use to may years ago tried to promote / sell herbalife but because I am not a sales person it was so hard for me. I also tried many other stuff as well such as toys, cleaning material and more and was not doing well in the businesses. Wish I did. :?

Kathi - what three crafts are you approve don by NEC? I just send my scotty and kitty in this week to get approved on. This will go straight to the owner for inspection. I was approved on old style kitty and scotty but love the new style. I am also awaiting the sheep. I just hope that is not hard.

Oh sorry it didn't work out for you Inel.  I had a brief encounter with Herbalife years ago and that was totally not for me, lol! We are doing quite well with this, so many people are now interested in cleansing/health/weightloss.  I must say there is a ton of stuff out there though!

Inel  I am approved on the reindeer ( which was a real challenge) It took 4 tries. I am on my second try for the tutu which I should get back real soon. And just sent in my first for the little drum. After getting the reindeer I realized I should have started with something easier.  It will take me awhile to get fast with those.  The sheep looks interesting. Good luck on your magnets they are very cute.

Kathi - I called NEC two weeks ago because I have been wating for supplies for kitty and scotty for over a month an dthen they told me they would like me to try out the new style magnets. Eventually they will phase out the old style magnets. I asked to swap for the tutu but she said that they really need workers for the new style magnets so I just stuck to that. They mailed it to me via priority mail. The new style is easier to make than old style I think. So I just hope I pass. Well once I pass everything will consider ordering one more craft. Good luck on the drum. It looks like a nice craft.
