I received your email regarding the Disciple Cross.

New Works and Disciple Cross are two separate companies.

New Works affiliated with Disciple Cross about two years ago in order to complete a review of the company.

According to the review there are stringent requirements of the quality of work because the company provides a high standard of quality and they want there customers to be satisfied with the end product.

During our review process there were some items that were rejected initially until the assembler of the crosses became more familiar with the process.  This was to be expected as with the assembly of anything new, that you are not familiar with, most assemblers will have to learn the process via trial and error, during the learning stage.
As each allotment of work came, and the worker became more familiar with the process, and more experienced, the amount of rejected cross were less and less.

I suggest that for most work at home jobs, you will definitely need to be persistent and consider the initial stages of the learning process the same as if you were on-the-job training.
